We grew up reading about it. One universe of worlds where you can be anyone, build anything and go anywhere with your friends. It isn't a story any more. Every world here is built by the person who owns it, with their own AI, and runs on their own machine. Portals join them all into one universe: the Nexus. And the door is open.

Pick a start
A villa on a hill, a loft in town, or an empty plot. Obunu hosts it on your own Mac and gives it an address you can share.

Tell your AI what you want
Connect your world to Claude, the AI you already use, and say what you'd like. It places the furniture, hangs your pictures, builds the rooms. You walk in and look.

They open it in a Quest's browser or on a laptop and walk in. Nothing to install for them. Try it:

Your passport is who you are in the Nexus: your look, your friends, the worlds you may visit. Dress up once and that's how everyone sees you walk in, in any world.

Each world runs on its owner's own machine, with its own address under obu.nu. The Nexus is all of them together: step through a portal and an evening at yours ends at a friend's.
